Ingredients
2 eggs
1 \ 2 little baking soda
1 \ 2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup Flour
1 tablespoon vanilla
to taste Cinnamon
1 cup milk
1 \ 2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons sugar
Lets go cook
In a cup place the dry ingredients: flour, cinnamon, baking powder, bicarbonate, salt, sugar and mix
Then we add the milk, vanilla and yolks. In a separate cup add the egg whites and make them to the point of snow, stir all the ingredients and go to the waffle iron with enough butter
Once the mixture is ready, add to the Waffle maker and serve with either jelly, maple syrup
