Wash and peel the apple and cut it into cubes. Put it in a saucepan with a little water and cook it for about 5 minutes. You can also put it in a microwave-safe bowl and cook at full power (5 min.).
In a bowl, mash the apple with a fork until you get a paste.
Add the peanut butter, the slightly hot milk and stir well until you have a homogeneous mixture. Then add the cinnamon and almond flour and stir again until you have a dough.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Make balls with the dough and put them on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Flatten each ball a little on the tray so that it has the shape of a cookie.
Bake for 10 minutes until you see that they are golden.
Take them out of the oven and when you see that they are cold you can give them to your baby.
Tricks and tips
Although these cookies are soft, your baby should always eat them under supervision and sit upright while eating them.
To make the cookies, buy varieties of apples that have a sweet taste, such as Golden or Pink Lady.
If you make baked apples you can take advantage of one of them to make these cookies, they are even more delicious!
For an extra fiber you can cook the apple with its skin, but instead of mashing it later with a fork you will have to crush it with the blender.
