Ingredients for 4 servings:
- Chicken breast without skin and boneless 1 pc
- 8 pcs mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sliced white onion
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ground black pepper 1 tsp Evaporated milk 1 cup
- Butter 2 cubes
For the garnish vegetables:
- Asparagus 4 pcs
- Broccoli 8 small pieces
- Baby carrot 8 pcs
- 1 tsp sugar
- Butter 1 bucket
Procedure :
- Cut the breast diagonally to remove medium and thin pieces (scallops)
- Slice the mushrooms
- In a buttered satin add the onion and cook for 2 minutes
- Add the mushrooms and sauté for a couple of minutes
- Add the chicken and let it brown a little
- Add the evaporated milk, salt and pepper
- Mix well and cover
- Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat For the vegetable garnish:
- Cut the asparagus in half diagonally
- In a satin over medium heat add the butter and let it melt
- Add the carrots and sauté for 2 minutes
- Add the broccoli and sauté for 2 minutes
- Add the asparagus and sugar
- Mix well
