– 200g minced chicken meat
– A splash of milk
– A slice of sliced bread
– Optionally, a slice of soft cheese, Sandwich type
– Flour, egg and breadcrumbs for breading.

– Salt and pepper

– We put the minced chicken meat in a bowl and season. Afterwards, we remove the crust from the slice of mole bread and add it to the bowl next to the minced meat. We add a splash of milk. The crumb and milk will be what gives them that creaminess that we want, inside the chicken nugget. We add, if we wish, the cheese and mix everything with the help of the hand or a spoon, until everything is well integrated. Afterwards, it can be left to rest for a few minutes in the refrigerator so that the dough compacts.
– Now, with your hand, we take a small portion of the dough, squash it a little, giving it that characteristic nugget shape and pass it through flour, egg and breadcrumbs (in that order).
– We fry them in abundant olive oil over high heat. Remove and let rest for 1 minute on absorbent paper. And they are ready! A plate of fast food made at home, which is always appreciated.
