Ensalada de espagueti integral con mango

Ingredients

250 gr ripe mango in «sticks»
250 gr whole wheat spaghetti
50 gr julienned onion
, to taste grated ginger,
1 cup steamed broccoli florets
1 tbsp sesame seeds
to taste salt and pepper
2 tbsp Chinese or soy sauce
1 red sweet chile and one yellow julienne cut

Lets go cook

Cook the spaghetti for 5 to 6 minutes in salted water, set aside.

In a little bit of oil add the mango, chile, onion, soy, sauté a little, add the broccoli and spaghetti. When serving, sprinkle the sesame seeds.
