Fish and French fries

Ingredients

  • 150 gr fish, the one of your preference I used Robalo
  • 80 gr flour
  • 1 egg
  • 80 gr panko or breadcrumbs
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • frying oil
  • 100 gr potatoes to fry

Lets go cook

Pass the fish in order by flour, egg and bread completely covering the fish with each of the layers.

Fry the potatoes at 180°c for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown.

Fry the fish at 160°c approximately for 8 minutes until it is well browned on the outside
