Russian Salad (Chapin Style)

Ingredients

 4 large potatoes
 1 medium carrot
 4 oz. of green beans
 4 oz. Beans (petit poas)
 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
 to taste salt and pepper

Lets go cook

 We cook the potatoes, carrots and green beans. We will remove the tips and lateral veins of the latter. And the peas, which must be previously frozen, all this will be cooked for 20 minutes.

 After the vegetables are already cooked, we cut them into cubes, except for the peas, which will be added to the vegetable mixture.

 Season with salt and pepper and finally add the mayonnaise. We integrate everything with a spoon and ready…
