Russian salad to the Dominican

Ingredients

1 pound potato
1 pound carrot
5 creole eggs
vinegar
to taste salt
mayonnaise

Lets go cook

Peel the potatoes and carrots. Bring to a boil in a large pot. When they are already cooking, introduce the eggs to boil them.

After 5 minutes, remove. Cut the potatoes and carrot into cubes, the same as the eggs.

Add the mayonnaise, salt, and vinegar and mix until everything is smooth and with mayonnaise on all sides.
