Scrambled chard with egg and cheese

1. To start preparing our recipe with chard, the first step is to wash the chard very well and chop it to taste.

2. To cook the chard you can use the oven or a saucepan. If you have an oven you can place it directly in a dish and start cooking it until you see that the volume of the chard decreases, otherwise boil the chard in water for 10 minutes.

3. When the chard is ready, simply add the corn, the egg (you can choose whether to add it boiled or raw) and the cheese of your choice. Stir all the ingredients well to mix.

4. Finally, take the chard with egg and cheese back into the oven and cook for 5 minutes. You can also make this recipe with chard in the microwave, heat at maximum power until the cheese melts and the egg is cooked, if you put it raw
