Soup with Fish Heads

Ingredients

  • 6 heads fish
  • 2 yucas
  • 1/2 kilo potatoes
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3 shallots
  • sweet pepper
  • Onion
  • Celery
  • it
  • 4 seafood consommés

Lets go cook

First we cook the fish heads and add the 4 consommés

When the heads are cooked, we strain the broth, add the vegetables and put it to cook

While the vegetables are cooking we add the smells and the shredded meat of the fish

When the vegetables are soft, we turn off the stove and let it rest and a delicious soup is ready.
