Steamed Fish with Ginger and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • Fish fillet (of your choice)
  • 1 elbow of fresh ginger
  • 1 large pumpkin
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • Black pepper
  • Shall
  • Curry
  • aluminum foil

Chop all our ingredients finely or our taste

First place the ginger in the aluminum foil, add a little salt and pepper

Place the fillet, and add the curry, very little as it has a strong flavor.

Add the other ingredients to taste

Place on the griddle for 5 min and then flip. Leave for 10 min in total
