Ingredients :
6 chicken legs, preferably without skin
3 tablespoons soy sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup honey
⅓ cup white vinegar
½ teaspoon sriracha sauce (See Glossary below)
1 teaspoon cornstarch – cornstarch
Preparation
Mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, white vinegar, Sri racha and cornstarch in a non-stick pan until everything is well incorporated.
Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Clean the chicken legs with water and dry them very well.
In another frying pan add a drizzle of oil and cook the chicken legs over medium high heat for 15 minutes (5 minutes on one side, 5 minutes on the other side and 5 minutes on the sides that are not browned).
Add the chicken legs to the pan with the sweet and sour sauce and cover them all very well.
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
