Tica Russian Salad

Ingredients

 2 small beets (beets)
 3 eggs
 Mayonnaise
 12 baby potatoes or 4 regular potatoes
 1/2 lemon

Lets go cook

 Boil the potatoes, the whole beetroot and the eggs, approximately 15-20 min. Until the vegetables are cooked

 Let cool and peel the potatoes and beets.

 Cut the potatoes into cubes.

 Same with beets.

 Finely chopped hard-boiled egg. I like to remove the yolk and crumble it with my hands instead of chopping it so that it does not look like a paste
Mix the beetroot, potatoes and hard-boiled egg little by little so that when incorporating the mayonnaise it is easier

 Add the mayonnaise little by little, this so that the desired amount is added and it does not go too far and mix, add a few drops of lemon and mix again.
