Diet for Monday

Lose weight by applying each of these foods on Monday

Breakfast: a yogurt and 50 g of cereals and an apple.

Mid-morning: an infusion.

Lunch: lettuce salad, 160 g of grilled white fish with a boiled potato and an infusion.

Snack: 50 g of bread with 50 g of cheese.

Dinner: scrambled eggs with 2 eggs with vegetables and wild asparagus, 50 of bread and an orange.
