Cheese stuffed steak in white wine

Ingredient

  • 3/4 of kg of pork steaks
  • 200   of grated Gruyère cheese
  •  tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
  •  1/2 cups of white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil

 

Preparation

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper, fill with the cheese, and form the rolls (chop with toothpicks).
  2. Arrange them in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with the thyme and bathe them with half the wine.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 ° C; halfway through the steaks, turn the steaks to brown them evenly, bathe them with the rest of the wine, and finish cooking.
  4. Accompany with slices of tomato or salad.
