Ingredient
- 6 beef steaks
- 3 guavas, chopped
- 1 cup of guava juice
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Preparation
- In a bowl mix the juice with the onion, garlic and soy sauce, stir to integrate.
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper, add them to the above and marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature.
- Drain the steaks and reserve; heat the marinade with the guavas until it boils; remove and cool a little.
- Blend the above until obtaining a homogeneous mixture; strain it and reserve.
- Lightly fry the steaks until they are done; remove them, put them on the serving plates and bathe them with the sauce.
- Accompany with rice or the salad of your choice.
