Ingredients

  • 500 g Filleted Fish
  • Flour
  • Panko
  • Sonoran Breaded
  • 1 egg
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

50/50 We mix the same amount of Bread to bread Seasoned with Panko

Lets go cook

We pass the fish through the flour, the egg and the mixture to bread, in each step we take care that it is covered very well

Fry on both sides, turning the fillet, drain on a wire rack or paper
