Chard and cheese lasagna

Ingredients

Lets go cook

1. We are going to start this vegetarian lasagna recipe by disinfecting the chard leaves perfectly well. Before putting them to disinfect, we remove the stem, leave them in the water with disinfectant for 3 minutes and after this time we remove them from the water, drain them and we reserve a moment

2. Meanwhile we take all our vegetables and slice them and finely chop them since with these we will prepare the filling for our chard and cheese lasagna.

3. Once we have chopped all our vegetables, we are going to start preparing the stew for the filling of the vegetarian lasagna, place the chopped onion and sliced celery in a pan with previously heated oil, add a pinch of salt and pepper and we move, we let them fry until they are transparent.

4. Once the onion and celery are ready, add all the remaining vegetables (chopped red tomato, mushrooms, carrot and pumpkin, add one more pizza of salt and pepper, add everything, stirring constantly and let them cook over medium heat until all the vegetables in the chard lasagna are soft Once soft, remove from the heat and reserve.

5. Meanwhile, on the other hand we place a large saucepan with water on the stove over high heat and when the water boils we add the  chard leaves , only for three minutes, this is so that they soften, after this time We remove them from the water and put them to drain, we reserve them a little more.

6. On the other hand, we smeared a piece of butter in the refractory to bake this so that our vegetarian lasagna does not adhere to the refractory.

7. Now we begin to assemble the chard and cheese lasagna: on top of the butter in the refractory we are going to place a chard leaf, as we can see in the following image.

8. Now on the chard leaf we place a bit of the vegetable stew that we prepared a moment ago.

9. On the vegetable stew we will place some slices of the panela cheese, that is to your liking, add the cheese that you want.

10. And finally, on top of the cheese slices we place another sheet of chard, then we repeat these steps depending on the layers you want your vegetable lasagna to have.

11. At the end we add a little grated panela cheese or string cheese on the last chard leaf that you place in your last layer, this to gratin our delicious chard lasagna.

12. Now to finish the vegetarian lasagna we put it in the oven for approximately 10 minutes at 180 °C. After this time we remove the chard and cheese lasagna from the oven and you can serve it hot, since it is more delicious that way. Enjoy!
