Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients

1 pound boneless chicken breasts
1/2 pound pasta (elbows)
1/2 red, green, and yellow bell peppers
1 small onion
2 cups mayonnaise
to taste Salt and pepper

Lets go cook

Cook the chicken breasts season them to taste. When they are ready, shred with a fork and reserve.

Chop the peppers and onion into small pieces.

In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken breasts with the chopped vegetables, add the mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until all the ingredients are integrated. Refrigerate for half an hour before serving.
