Russian Salad with Avocado Mayonnaise

Ingredients

 1/2 shredded chicken breast
 2 diced cooked carrots
 150 grams cooked chickpea
 150 grams pasta of preference, cooked al dente
 2 chiles de arbol roasted and finely chopped
 1 medium avocado
 1 lemon (the juice)
 5 to 6 tablespoons avocado oil
 to taste Sesame seeds and salt

Lets go cook

 For mayonnaise: mash the avocado and add the lemon juice and oil. I did it with a spoon in a deep plate

 Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and add the mayonnaise.

 Season with salt and add the toasted sesame seeds
