BBQ pork rib

Ingredients

  • 60g butter
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 of cup of white vinegar
  • 1/4 of cup of ketchup
  • 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 kilo of pork ribs
  • Pepper

Preparation

1. In a saucepan place the butter, onion and garlic, cook for 5 minutes and add the sugar, vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and salt. Cook until it forms a kind of syrup.
2. Cover the ribs with the sauce above and refrigerate for approximately three hours.
3. Place the ribs on a baking sheet, sprinkle with salt and pepper, glaze with the BBQ mixture and bake at 180 ° c until well cooked.
