Ingredients
Ingredients for the barbecue sauce:
- 1/4 cup Acerola vinegar
- 1/4 cup good brand tomato sauce
- 1 carnation
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 dessert tablespoons of sweet paprika
- 3 dessert spoonfuls of sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 garlic liquefied
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 dessert spoon of lemon juice
- 1 girl’s finger pepper (without the white seed)
Ingredients for the pork rib
- 01 piece of pork chop with about 2KG
- Coarse salt
- Kingdom pepper (freshly ground) to taste
- Thyme, rosemary and sage to taste
- 5 GARLIC TEETH SQUEEZED
- Olive oil to taste
Preparation mode Rib
- Chops with pepper, garlic, coarse salt, thyme, rosemary and sage and a thread of olive oil and leave to marinate for 12 hours in the fridge;
- Skim off the excess coarse salt, sprinkle a baking sheet with olive oil and place the rib bone-side down;
- Brush the barbecue sauce over the piece, cover with aluminum foil and bake at 130º to 150º for about two hours, brushing with barbecue sauce for 20 in 20 minutes.
- In the last half hour remove the aluminum foil and increase the heat a little so it is dry and golden.
- Serve by drizzling the meat with the sauce, accompanied by baked potatoes
