Ingredients
- 8 cups pre-washed romaine lettuce
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado – peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1/2 cup diced green chili pepper
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup corn
- 1 / 3 cup Caesar salad already washed and prepared
- 1/4 cup taco sauce
- 12 tortilla tacos, warmed
Lets go cook
- Combine 1 lettuce, 1 cup cheese, avocado, chiles, beans, and corn in a large bowl.
- Combine salsa, dressing and taco in small bowl, mix well. Pour over lettuce mixture; throw like this to the layer.
- Fill each taco with salad mix; remaining top with cheese and tomatoes.
