Caesar salad with bacon and chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast fillets or 2 chicken thighs
  • 1 handful croutons or day-old bread
  • 2-3 slices or 1/2 pack. bacon cubes (Mercadona)
  • 4 anchovies
  • 1 she
  • 1 tablespoon whipped cream
  • Lemon juice (half a lemon if it has a lot of juice)
  • 35 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper
  • Shall
  • Lettuce

Lets go cook

  1. Let’s make the sauce first.
  2. Peel and/or chop the following ingredients: 2 anchovies and the garlic.
  3. Add the Parmesan cheese to the glass, a splash of oil and beat a little.
  4. Add the tablespoon of cream and lemon juice.
  5. Cut, wash and chop the lettuce and reserve.
  6. Season the breast fillets with salt and pepper and cook them in a frying pan with olive oil, if they are thighs you have to chop them up first.
  7. Cut the bread from the day before into cubes, chop up the balcony or buy it in cubes (Mercadona) and do it in the same pan as in the previous step.
  8. And we plated with all of the above plus the two anchovies that we reserved.
