Chop the lettuce, wash it and let it drain. Cook the two eggs in a small pot with water and vinegar for about 10 minutes. After the time, we drain the water and pass them through cold water. Once they are cold, we can peel them and reserve them.
Put the salad in a bowl and add a little salt. Now we are incorporating the other ingredients: Peel the prawns, chop them and add them. Chop the turkey breast, the sea shells and also the cheese (but the cheese in very small pieces). Chop the eggs that we had reserved, add them to the recipe and also add the two cans of tuna (previously with the drained oil).
Add the sauce to the recipe and mix.
Before serving, add the bag of croutons and mix everything again. Ready to eat.
