Ingredient
- 3/4 of kg of pork steaks
- 200 g of grated Gruyère cheese
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
- 1 1/2 cups of white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil
Preparation
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper, fill with the cheese, and form the rolls (chop with toothpicks).
- Arrange them in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with the thyme and bathe them with half the wine.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 ° C; halfway through the steaks, turn the steaks to brown them evenly, bathe them with the rest of the wine, and finish cooking.
- Accompany with slices of tomato or salad.
