Put the mayonnaise in a bowl with half the Parmesan cheese, the milk to lighten the mixture, the ground garlic, mustard, the Worcestershire sauce and season with the balsamic vinegar and Tabasco to taste.
Mix until the consistency is smooth and thick. (*Taste if you like it.)
Chop the chicken into small squares or strips.
Add the lettuce, cut into strips, the croutons and the mixture. Add the rest of the Parmesan and decorate as desired.
