**Preparation of the grilled breast**: season the breasts with lemon juice, crushed garlic, oregano and season with salt and pepper.
In a very hot frying pan, add a little olive oil and then put the breasts until golden brown on each side.
**Preparation of the pesto sauce**: Blend the basil together with the garlic clove and a little grated Parmesan cheese until it forms a paste.
Add a little olive oil and continue beating until a homogeneous consistency is achieved, then add the rest of the olive oil little by little, the Parmesan cheese and finally season with salt and pepper.
**Salad**. Wash the romaine lettuce and dry it well, then combine it with the tomatoes. Add the pesto little by little, until well seasoned.
At the end add the chicken breasts in strips and a little Parmesan cheese.
