Chipotle fish

Ingredients

  • 3 fish fillets of your choice
  • Oil
  • Butter
  • 2 lemons, juice
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • soy sauce to taste
  • Salsa catsup al want
  • Chipotle paste to taste

Lets go cook

Fry the fillets in very little oil with a little butter

When they were cooked on one side, turn over, squeeze the juice of two lemons

In the same skillet, sauté two cups of cherry tomatoes cut in half.

Add pepper, soy sauce to taste and ketchup to taste just let soften
