Ingredients
1 box pasta (can be a bag) of 454 gms. (1 lb.) Barilla
1 pound Mozzarella cheese (454 gms.)
2 cups baby spinach
1 romanita lettuce
1/2 sour lemon
1 cup dried cranberries (cranberries)
1 cup carrot shredded
1 cooked and shredded
breast 1 cup seedless grapes of your choice
1 cup pearl barley, cooked al dente
4 Roma tomatoes, roughly chopped
1 tbsp garlic salt
2 tbsp. Dried or fresh chopped parsley
1 large leafless broccoli (separated from the stem) washed and disinfected
2 liters of water
1 cup of coconut or olive oil
1/4 red onion in 1/2 julienne strips.
8 slices filleted ham
Lets go cook
You put 2 liters of water in a pot, on the stove, when it boils, add 1/2 cup of oil of your choice, and pour the box of pasta. So that it does not go away, set your alarm, it has to be cooked for 10 minutes. At the end of that time, you remove it from the stove and empty it into a colander to drain. Bookings.

In the center you can accommodate the ham in thin strips, and on the sides put the onion in Julianas, the dried cranberries, the grapes and the shredded chicken to crown our salad.
You can serve it with your favorite dressing, and when you do, do it from the bottom up, so you can use all the ingredients, or simply mix everything and that’s it!!!
