Russian Salad with Boiled Egg and Potato

Ingredients

 3 medium beets
 3 eggs
 5 medium potatoes
 finely chopped coriander
 finely chopped celery
 1 small onion finely chopped
 Salt to taste
 mayonnaise to taste
 sour lemon

Lets go cook

 In a pot we place the beets cut in half, the raw and shelled eggs and the potatoes cut in half.

 We cook, removing the potatoes when they are soft and then the eggs….

 The beetroot stays because it takes a little longer to cook.

 When everything is cooked, peel the potatoes and chop them into fine squares just like the beets, peel the eggs and chop them

 We do everything in a Bowl.

 Add the lemon juice, onion, celery, coriander, and mayonnaise.

 We mix very well.

 We have refrigeration
