Diet for Wednesday

Lose weight by applying each of these foods on Wednesday.

Breakfast: 30 g of bread with tomato and ham.

Mid-morning: orange juice.

Lunch: chard, carrot and potato stew, 160 g of grilled white fish and 50 g of strawberries.

Snack: a yogurt.

Dinner: vegetable broth, rice salad and 100 g of fresh cheese.
