Enchilated fish

Ingredients

  • 2 tilapia fillets
  • W/wheat flour
  • w/ mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Chie colorado powder
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 blinkers salt

Lets go cook

Season the fish on both sides, spread it with mustard

Mix chile colorado with flour, season if desired, (you can substitute paprika for chile)
Note: chili powder is about 1 teaspoon per half cup of flour or to taste

Pass the fish through the flour, pressing gently, shaking off the excess

Take it to fry.

Accompany with slices of French fries and steamed vegetables, you can accompany it with rice, mashed potatoes, etc.
