Fish with Garlic Mojo with Green Rice

Ingredients

  • 4 white fish fillets of your choice
  • 1/4 onion
  • 10 garlic slices
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 bunch coriander
  • 1 cup rice
  • Butter
  • Garlic salt
  • Salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 cube of coriander
  • Water
  • Lemon juice

Lets go cook

For the rice:

You put the rice to soak a little and then let it drain, meanwhile in the blender we add the onion, 1 clove of garlic, the fe kbor cube of coriander and a little coriander to taste and blend.

Put a little butter in a saucepan and add the rice until it browns a little without stopping it stirring, immediately add what we already blended previously and leave over medium heat until it foams

For the fish:

Marinate about 15 minutes with lemon juice, garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste

Later we cut the garlic into slices and add to a bowl, add chopped cilantro to taste and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, mix well

Then, in a frying pan, add the garlic, coriander and oil already mixed previously over medium heat, stirring constantly so that the garlic does not burn, and remove from the frying pan

In the same pan add the fish already marinated for about 5 min on each side.

Then on a plate you put your fish and on top of it you add the mixture of cilantro garlic and oil that was left and later the green rice
