Chinese fish

Ingredients

 1 fish
 Chives a medium piece
 Chinese sauce

Lets go cook

 Cut the fish into 3 parts, then put the parts you are going to cook on a plate

 Cut the chives into thin strips

 Put the chives below and above the fish

 Put it in a bain-marie, this fountain in the photo is large, below is the water and above the fish and cover.

 When the water starts to boil count 30 min and that’s it.

 Once outside, sprinkle Chinese sauce on it and eat warm
