Ingredients

  • 1 kg mojarra fillet
  • minced garlic to taste
  • fine salt to taste
  • 1 tin mushrooms
  • ground pepper to taste
  • w/ margarine, butter or oil
  • large aluminum foil sheets

Lets go cook

We take a sheet of aluminum foil, we spread a little margarine or butter on it, we place the fillet on top and on top of the fillet we put some slices of tomato, a slice of chili, garlic to taste, onion, mushrooms, a few sprigs of parsley , salt and pepper, and optional you can add a few drops of lemon. All this is to taste and if you do not like an ingredient, you omit it

Then we wrap the fillet perfectly with the aluminum so that no ingredient comes out

We are going to cook them on a very hot griddle or skillet over low heat

Let them cook on both sides

Cooking time will be approximately 10 minutes.
