Ingredients
- 6 fish fillets
- 400 gr cocktail shrimp
- 4 garlic cloves
- butter to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Lets go cook
We are going to boil the water that will be used to steam our food. Meanwhile, peel the garlic cloves and cut into thin slices. Likewise, go cutting 6 sheets of aluminum foil, which will be one for each fillet.
On each sheet of aluminum foil, place one steak, shrimp, sliced garlic cloves, butter, salt, and pepper. (I sometimes use seasoning for fish; but that’s up to everyone’s taste). Wrap well with the same aluminum foil.
Arrange each packet in the tray where it will be steamed and cover well. More or less it cooks in 20 – 30 minutes.
After time, take them out and serve them warm like this. You can add steamed vegetables, rice, or whatever you want as a garnish.
