Ingredients
- 4 medium lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 9 garlic cloves
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- pinch salt
- splash of balsamic vinegar
- 1 medium white onion
- 1/2 cup tomato puree
- Dry wine
Lets go cook
Clean the lobster tails, and cut the membrane at the bottom. rinse well
Crush the garlic. In a saucepan, where it will be made, put the butter with the garlic and add the lobsters one by one so that they are impregnated with the butter and garlic.
Add salt, pepper, move. Add the dry, abundant wine and the balsamic vinegar that will give it a necessary touch of acidity.
