Ingredients to make Banana Bread:
How to make Banana Bread
| The first thing we have to do to make this paleo banana cake is mix the coconut flour, almond flour, baking soda or chemical yeast, and ground cinnamon in a bowl.
| On the other hand, in another bowl we mix the essence of vanilla, honey or maple syrup and the egg yolks (the whites are reserved for later) with the help of some rods. Then add the crushed bananas or the puree and beat again. Then we pour the previous mixture of dry ingredients into this container and mix everything well.
| Next, we add the nuts or chocolate chips to give our easy paleo bread that special touch. I have chosen some nuts but you can also use other nuts and make a banana bread with coconut flour and raisins for example.
| Next we beat the egg whites until stiff and incorporate them with enveloping movements into the easy banana plan dough. This will help the paleo banana cake to rise and become more fluffy.
| Preheat the oven to approximately 180-190 ºC and meanwhile, line the mold where we are going to bake the paleo banana bread with baking paper or parchment paper. I recommend that you use a 20×10 cm or 8×4 inch rectangular loaf pan.
| Then we pour the paleo banana cake batter into the mold and bake it between 45 and 55 minutes or until we see that by poking a toothpick in the center, it comes out clean.
| Finally, we let the paleo banana bread cool to room temperature and then we can unmold it and cut it to our liking. Accompany it with a cinnamon tea if you eat it once it’s cold or, if not, you can also eat it warm with a few pieces of butter on top. |
