How to make Banana Bread

The first step to make this vegan bread recipe is to prepare all the ingredients.

 

In a bowl, add the sliced ​​plantain or banana and the amaranth seeds . Add a tablespoon of water and blend or process these ingredients.

Once the previous ingredients are crushed, add the vanilla essence and continue beating.

 

In a separate bowl, add the flour , cinnamon powder , sugar and ginger . If you want, to obtain a smoother bread dough, you can pre-sift these ingredients.

 

Add the banana and amaranth puree to the bowl where we have the dry ingredients and mix very well.

 

When the previous ingredients are well mixed, add the olive oil with the fruit vinegar , this will prevent our banana plan from oxidizing.

 

Add the grated coconut and mix the ingredients very well until integrated. The coconut will give a touch of flavor and aroma to the amaranth bread.

 

Take the vegan bread mixture to a refractory or individual bread molds, preheat the oven to 180ºC. Bake for 20 minutes or until you insert a toothpick into the mixture and it comes out completely clean.
