Prawns sautéed in onion and garlic

Ingredients

  • 300 gr prawns
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • to taste Pepper, cumin, oregano and salt
  • Oil
  • Rice (accompaniment)

Lets go cook

Peel the prawn and remove the intestine (gut). Cut onion into strips (juliana). Have butter ready.

Sauté onion in oil until golden, then add garlic and butter.

In a separate pan, fry the prawn in butter and garlic. Apply pepper, cumin, salt, and oregano. Wait for the shrimp to brown.

Finally, add the golden shrimp and the sautéed onion. It is exquisite. Accompany with rice or carbohydrate of your choice
