Breaded prawns wrapped in bacon

Ingredients

  • 500 grams prawns
  • 350 grams bacon in slices
  • 2 eggs
  • Flour
  • Bread crumbs

Lets go cook

Peel the prawns until leaving them clean of shells and in a pan we sauté them a little with salt, pepper and garlic.

While we wait for the prawns to cool down (so we can handle them without burning ourselves) we prepare the flour, eggs and breadcrumbs to coat.

We place a prawn in a slice of bacon and we turn it around to wrap it. To finish we close with a toothpick that goes through both the closing area of ​​the bacon and the shrimp, so that it does not move. We reserve on a plate.

Going through flour, egg and breadcrumbs, we make the bacon skewers and prawns smeared.

Fry in abundant hot oil so that the batter is crunchy and use absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
