Prawns with rosemary

Ingredients

  • 12 raw prawns
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 shot of rum (approx 1/4 cup)
  • 1 branch fresh rosemary
  • salt pepper and paprika

Lets go cook

Fry the garlic in the butter, add the lemon juice, then add the rosemary and add the rum.

Let it reduce a bit to incorporate the prawns, season to taste and add paprika or merkén to give it a bit of spiciness.

When they are ready, click on a skewer, brown in a pan and when serving, pour over them the sauce that was left in the kitchen!
