Ribs in barbecue sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 kg of whole pork rib
  • 4 GARLIC TEETH
  • 1 tablespoon of kingdom pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 2 BRANCHES OF GREEN ROSEMARY
  • 2 tablespoons of salt
  • 8 tablespoons barbecue sauce

Preparation method

  • Love the 4 GARLIC TEETH, salt, and spread all over the meat, add the Kingdom pepper, rosemary and bay leaves and olive oil
  • Place the warm ribs in a sealed plastic bag and refrigerate, marinate for 12 hours
  • After that time, remove the ribs from the plastic bag and place it on a baking tray along with the liquid produced during the 12 hours
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour and a half at 180º
  • After 1 hour and a half and remove the foil and brush barbecue sauce all over the ribs, continue brushing the sauce every 15 minutes
  • Let the ribs roast for more than 1 hour and a half at 180º
