Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo shrimp
- 2 tilapia fillets
- 1/2 pineapple
- 200 grams olives
- 200 grams capers
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon tabasco sauce
- full seasoning to taste
Lets go cook
Cut the tilapia into thick squares and season with the soy sauce and the complete seasoning.
Chop the pineapple into thick squares, so that they do not fall off when cooking.
The shrimps are washed and seasoned with black pepper.
On a skewer or bamboo stick, a small piece of fish, pineapple, olives, shrimp and capers are inserted.
Once the skewers are formed, they are placed on the grill for about 5 minutes.
They can be served with tabasco sauce, barbecue or any other sauce to your liking
