Ingredients
- slice fish in
- 3 branches fennel
- Pepper
- to taste salt
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- juice of two lemons

Season the fish with the ingredients
Wrap the fish in aluminum foil with the fennel on top and a good bit of juice from the lemons
Steam for 15 to 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked. Serve with rice or tostones
