Ingredients
- whole fish
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Flour
- oil for frying
Lets go cook
Wash and clean the fish, drain the water well.
Make diagonal cuts on both sides of the fish meat and place it in a plastic or glass container together with the lemon juice, the crushed oregano and the salt, let it rest for 2 hours covered, turning it over every half hour.
Heat abundant oil, flour the fish and fry until golden on both sides, rest on a paper towel and serve with plantains or French fries.
