Ingredients
1 beetroot
4 medium potatoes
1 hard-boiled egg
2 tablespoons cilantro castilla or chopped coriander
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon salt
Mayonnaise quantity according to the taste of each person
1 liter water
Lets go cook
In a saucepan over medium heat, place the water, the beetroot divided into 4 parts, the salt, the potatoes and the well-washed egg. We cook for 20 minutes.
Remove, peel the potatoes and the beetroot, diced both.
Remove the shell from the egg, chop and mix all the previous ingredients.
Add the pepper, coriander and mayonnaise. Refrigerate for 3 hours until it is very cold.
