Ingredients
300 grams cooked and shredded chicken
1/2-1/4 natural cream
5 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
1 can legume salad
1 Can Corn Kernels
2 medium potatoes cooked and chopped into squares
2 Peeled Carrots cooked and chopped into squares
Salt to taste
And optional:
Jalapeno peppers to taste
Vinegar from the jalapeño peppers to taste
Lets go cook
In a container that fits everything, integrate the ingredients one by one and stir, a teaspoon of salt, at the last put the cream, mayonnaise and mustard to your liking so that the salad is half dry
Chop two or three jalapeño peppers as you like it spicy, integrate the chili peppers well into the salad
Finally, try and rectify the seasoning with a little more salt and if you prefer more cream or mayonnaise, each family has its tastes.
And once everything is mixed add a splash of vinegar from the can of jalapeño peppers to give it a tasty flavor
Serve with toast or bread, and you can offer more jalapeño peppers for diners to eat according to their tastes
