Beer steak

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg breast
  • 1 chopped onion
  • ½ carrot
  • 1 parlor stem
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 can of black beer
  • 500 g of potato ball
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation method:

  • Put the breast piece in a bag and add all the seasonings and beer.
  • Let marinate for at least two hours
  • Then remove the meat from the bag and clean the piece.
  • Strain the broth, discard the vegetables and reserve the liquid.
  • Select the breast in the butter with a thread of oil.
  • Use a medium pot that can go into the oven.
  • Add the reserved broth to the pot and add potatoes.
  • Take to the oven and bake at medium temperature for about 30 minutes
