Ingredients:
- 1 kg breast
- 1 chopped onion
- ½ carrot
- 1 parlor stem
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 can of black beer
- 500 g of potato ball
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation method:
- Put the breast piece in a bag and add all the seasonings and beer.
- Let marinate for at least two hours
- Then remove the meat from the bag and clean the piece.
- Strain the broth, discard the vegetables and reserve the liquid.
